What format do I send you my document?

 

Document formats can include:

  • Microsoft Word - Corrections are made using the 'Comments' and 'Track Changes' functions, allowing you to see every change and choose to accept or reject each correction.

  • PDF - Corrections are indicated using Adobe Acrobat's ‘sticky note’ features or can be transferred into Microsoft Word as above.

  • Websites - Web pages can be converted to PDF files for electronic comments, or printed as hard copy for handwritten comments.

  • Hard copy - Corrections are indicated in handwriting.

 

How long will the process take?

 

This will depend on the length of your document and can be discussed at the time of quote. If you require an urgent service, an extra fee may be charged.

 

How should I submit my document?

 

You can email your document, or send it by mail or courier.

 

How do I pay?

 

Charges will be invoiced on return of your document and payment can be made via direct debit or Paypal.
